The second step is to create your marketing strategy to assess the strengths and weaknesses of both you and your competitors. The information gathered will be scrutinised in order to:

Delivery
The third step is the delivery of your marketing strategy.

Implementation
The fourth step is to implement and put into place you New Marketing Strategy.
